Well it feels like it's time: My family blog and my personal 'hobby' blog are diverging. The content and readership of each is so orthogonal, that it just makes sense to split them up. At the very least, it affords me easier administration if the security settings of each site are independent (i.e. I don't need any security on this site, compared to the family site which is effectively a non-public community).

So I'll be moving relevant posts from the old site to this one as time allows. Hopefully I don't break Google listings in the process :)

Oh, and Drupal is neat! The more I work with it to set up various different types of websites, the more impressed I am with the overall architecture quality. It's a great project.
